After Sales Service
We see our main responsibilities in terms of adding value as an agent in the following two areas:
- Project management to fully understand our client’s requirements and to ensure that a correct technical evaluation and feasibility has been conducted from the outset. This includes setting up equipment specifications against agreed standards of performance and advising our suppliers on local conditions related to each specific project. The objective is to reduce the downtime for installation and commissioning periods and minimize any teething problems in order to meet the client’s expectations.
- Creating a center of technical excellence to support our clients and the equipment during and after the installation. This is being achieved by investing in our technical resources and having a team of qualified and trained service technicians available as well as networking with local companies. The objective is to enter into a partnership with our clients, whereby they can rely on our assistance and support on any technical matter.
Our technical department consists of a service department, a projects department and a spares department. Our technicians are regularly trained at our principals and are qualified to handle most installations without the need of an overseas technician. The technical department offers the following services:

- Local spare parts
